Stuck Thinking

You have probably spent quite a lot of time thinking about this already. Possibly so much time that the thinking itself has started to become the main activity. The analysing. The second guessing. The mental rehearsals. The attempt to find the perfect approach before anything begins.

At first this usually feels productive. Responsible, even. But at some point the thinking can quietly become the thing preventing movement. Not because thinking is bad. Usually because the thinking has started trying to remove uncertainty completely before action is allowed to happen.
